how to fix can't find project or library

REASON : error comes when excel or VBA cant find a particular library . the application might be deleted or downgraded or uninstalled.

SOLUTION. 
1.Hit Alt +F11 to Open VBA Editor.


2.Click on RESET button.

3.Go to Tools > References > uncheck all MISSING Library
4.Check New Lib (Optional ) 
5.Hit OK and close.
