Procedure:
1. Extract all in one folder
2. Open Excel File
Change your Company name / Send from Email / Carbon copy to (Fields in Green)
Click on "RESET" Button (One time Activity), to let the automation know that we are going to use the automation from today.
Fill the employee details
Click on Generate Emails.
Now , you can click on Generate Emails everyday when you run this automation. (this would also ensure that duplicate emails are not sent.)
