CREATE ALIAS OR SHORTNAME FOR USER

Access Tool to assign a short name to a user based on his original first and last name. we use Alias / Fake names in the BPO’s for the users which can be easily called by the customer and users prefer the new name matching their original names. This automation will help to create alias names easily. The database contains a huge number of names already feeded. Procedure 1. Extract file and start using. (to Change or View the predefined names , Select Access File , Hold Shift and Hit Enter)
